1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you submit a car search request through the site, we collect what you enter into the form, which may include:
- The car you're looking for: make, model, trim, year range, mileage/kilometre range, fuel type, budget, and any notes you add
- Your name
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Your email address, if you provide one
We also collect standard technical information any website collects automatically, such as browser type and general usage data, through normal web server and hosting logs.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Search for cars matching your request
- Contact you about matches, updates, and next steps for your specific request
- Respond if you contact us directly
- Improve the service
We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the car search request you submitted, except as described in this policy.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent (CASL)
Voltriiix's text messaging programme is offered to Canadian phone numbers under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send you SMS messages if you have given express consent - a clear, unforced action such as checking an unchecked opt-in box on our request form. We never treat submitting the rest of the form, or any other action, as consent to be texted.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile opt-in data and consent with any third party is prohibited, except where required to provide the car-sourcing service itself (for example, contacting a seller or dealer on your behalf about a specific vehicle you asked about) or where required by law.
If you provide a phone number and opt in to SMS updates, we use that number and consent only to send you messages about your own car search request, as described in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, as described in the SMS Terms; your opt-out request will be honoured within 10 business days, and our opt-out mechanism remains usable for at least 60 days after any message it applies to.
We keep a record of your consent - including the date, the exact wording you were shown, and the version of that wording - for at least 3 years after our last message to you, as required under CASL.
Providing a phone number, and opting in to SMS specifically, is never required to use the site or submit a car search request.
5. How we share information (outside of SMS)
We may share the details of your car search request with sellers, dealers, or other market sources, only as necessary to find and present matching vehicles to you. We do not sell your personal information.
